The 2011 Finca A Cuarta (Godello) has a light nose of yellow flowers and a
touch of melted butter. The palate is nicely balanced with crisp acidity
and clean finish of lemon curd, sour lemon and a touch of quince.
Finca Cuarta Godello: 85 puntos

The 2011 Finca A Cuarta (Mencia) is pure Mencia. It offers a lively fresh
boysenberry and raspberry bouquet that is well defined. The palate is
crisp and fresh with peppery, stemmy black fruit and a crisp, precise
finish that is rustic but full of character and vitality. Drink now‐2014.
Finca Cuarta Mencia: 88 puntos.

The 2011 “18” Monasterios has a light, earthier bouquet than its peers.
The palate is medium‐bodied with light tannins, plenty of crisp dark
cherry and cassis fruit and a polished finish that is missing a little
edginess and tension. Drink now.
18 Monasterios Mencia: 85 puntos.
